Will ICBC pay me the same amount without a lawyer?

In our experience, ICBC pays more to injured individuals who have hired legal counsel. Your ICBC adjustor may be encouraging you not to seek legal counsel. They do this because it generally saves them money. Any money they save, however, comes at your expense.
