No. Once you settle with ICBC and have signed a release for your personal injury, you are not entitled to go back and claim additional compensation.
The choice of a caregiver is a very personal matter, and we do not endorse or recommend any one caregiver over another. The important thing is that you have a caregiver or treatment provider that you trust to work in your best interest to aid in your recovery.
That being said, we have knowledge of the caregivers and treatment providers in our community and if you are overwhelmed by the choices available and do not know where to go, we can recommend someone who we think might be a good fit for you.
